Spring Ghost

Another mask similar to Winter Ghost on my old acount, but far more comfortable with padding inside so your face doesn't get scratched off...


This one was pbased on a deer, and I swear the modroc I used was awful compared to the stuff I used for my other mask; it would go sticky and stayed full of holes...

Anyway, I'm pleased with the horns, even if they were very temperamental when I was constructing them...

This is a fully wearable mask; you can see through the eye sockets as they are covered with fine black mesh so vission is not that impaired. The furry hood goes done to shoulder length and there is a face mask under the outer skull shaped bit so it's more comfortable, though the horns made this one heavier...

I may contemplate selling this in a while, but it's a bit fragile as the modroc kept fighting back...

Since it's cross between a deer and a dragon and I wanted it to symbolise spring in the same set as my winter mask, I'm entering it as my second piece of art for the spring competition on dragon-fanatics...
